HCRM FEES ESTIMATE

HCRM ADOPTION FEE 

Our fee of $9,000 per child covers the cost of the Haitian side of your adoption, for which we are responsible (lawyer fees, document prep fees, medical appt., etc.). 

The fees you pay to a U.S. agency for your Home Study, and fees associated with filing the CIS and Visa applications in the United States and Haiti are not included. Airfare for you and your child are your responsibility.

FEE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

HCRM ADOPTION FEE

Your adoption cannot be started until  the first adoption fee deposit is received. Your initial deposit is fifty percent of the adoption fee  (i.e., $4,500 per child) and may be sent in the form of a personal check made out to "Haiti Children's Rescue Mission" with the child's name and "Adoption Fee" written on the memo line.  Your adoption fee deposit should be sent to:

Your second and final adoption fee deposit ($4,500 per child) will be due when your file has exited IBESR, the Social  Services Dept of Haiti.

 HCRM CARE FEES

Once your dossier is in Haiti, you will be required to send a $100 care fee per month for each child you are matched with.  This care fee will be used towards the living expenses of the child you would like to adopt.  You will be required to send the monthly care fee for the first 12 months after your dossier has been received in Haiti.  Care fee checks should be sent to the San Antonio address above, with the child's name and "Care Fee" written on the memo line.
