To send an envelope,
use the postage required to send an envelope to Florida.

To send a package,
use the postage required to send that package to Florida. When Pastor picks up the package in Haiti, he will pay the fee necessary to transport the package from Florida to Haiti, which is $1.50 per pound.  You can reimburse Pastor for this fee by including a check made out to "Jean Fritz Nicolas" in the package.  Or you can have that fee deposited into Pastor's MFI account by making out a check to "MFI," writing "HCRM Unit #2076" on the memo line, and sending the check to:
